Q1. What are the court fees for filing a ₹1.5 crore money recovery suit? I am planning to file a ₹1.5 crore recovery suit against my employer in Mumbai. Since the amount involved is more than ₹1 crore, the matter would be filed before the Bombay High Court. Q2. Bank-related payment was made twice? I had instructed my bank to make a payment of USD 20,000 towards an import transaction. However, due to an error, the bank made the payment twice to my vendor. Despite this, the bank has not provided me with a proper response regarding the steps I should take to recover the additional amount. What should I do?

When was the payment made? There is generally a chargeback period within which you may raise a request with your bank. Additionally, you can ask the vendor to return the excess amount. If the vendor does not refund the amount, you may initiate appropriate legal proceedings for recovery.
Q3. I want to take legal action against a bank? I wish to take action against a bank and claim compensation for the harassment caused due to a technical issue on their end. Although I had made the full payment due, the bank’s system was showing that no amount had been received. I also sent an email to the bank’s nodal officer, but have not received any response. I have all the relevant statements and documentary evidence. How should I proceed?
