Q1. Can two cases be clubbed together u/s 219 of CrPC? Wheather club two cases under the CRPC 219 section 1. First case registered 23-12-2013, under 498A, 506 trial by J.M.F.C. 2. Second register 20-7-2014 under 306 section by trial session court My question is, can two cases club or not under 219 CRPC because both cases within one year?

Yes same can be club together under the provision of 219 “When a person is accused of more offences than one of the same kind committed within the space of twelve months from the first to the last of such offences, whether in respect of the same person or not, he may be charged with, and tried at one trial for, any number of them not exceeding three.

This is not a ground for seeking the divorce, and you may also file the criminal complain against the person before the police station, who is started black mailiing you. under the various section of Indian penal code and it Act.
Q3. FIR filed by municipal corporation for cutting 2 extra trees I had taken permission to cut 7 trees from municipal corporation. I myself cut 3 trees, and other trees were cut by the workers. Total 9 trees are cut means 2 trees extra. Municipal Corporation has lodged an FIR against me under the Maharashtra Urban Area Preservation of Trees Act 1975 under sections 8(1) and 20(C). 2 extra trees which were cut are not too big. one is supari and one is coconut tree. Our local corporator raised complain against me because my wife has lodged an FIR against him under section 354(A) couple of months ago. Kindly suggest how to come out of this. I have already taken bail but how to get clean chit?

Get me the FIR copy and the permission letter approved by the BMC. Let’s discuss there are provisions for discharge will approach the court for discharge. Further, there are other remedies available, but the same is dependent upon the charge which is framed in the FIR.
