Q1. Notarized will can be useful without paying stamps duty? Sir in my case my father want to transfer property (flat) to me (son) through will can notarized will valid after death of my father whether I have to pay any stamp duty or registration fees after death of my father to transfer name if I made notarized Will there is nobody to challenge his property?

A notarized Will can be legally valid if properly executed, but notarization alone does not transfer ownership during the father’s lifetime. After his death, the property can devolve according to the Will, subject to applicable succession laws and any valid challenge. For mutation/transfer of the flat, applicable stamp duty, registration charges, and other formalities may still arise depending on the State and the nature of the property. A registered Will is generally preferable, though registration of a Will is not compulsory in India.
Q2. Retrieve divorce documents from Maharashtra / Mumbai family court? I have misplaced my divorce document and I want to retrieve a certified copy of my divorce that happened in 2007. Can you help me.
