It is not compulsory to register a will. Where there is a likelihood of its challenge, it is advisable to register the Will since that will to some extent serve as proof of its authenticity. Probate is necessary within bombay.
Q2. Action against the govt. department for claiming our property. Hi, In this case Home Department (Govt.) Claims that the property where we are staying for more than 25 years belongs to them the case was filed by them against our landlord but we have losen up in case. Please help me out to how we can claim property is belong to us?

You will have to challenge the Trial Court’s order by filing an Appeal before the Appeal Court. We will require more information from you to advice you further on where i.e. before which Court the Appeal lies.
