The current online status says that the first hearing date was 10 April 2017, with the first order dated 19 April, and the next hearing date is 14 July 2017. What does this mean? Do both parties have to be present on these hearing dates? What are these hearing dates for? Please revert. Thanks.

Thereafter, if all the requirements are fulfilled, a decree of divorce by mutual consent may be granted. Q2. How to Handle an Incorrectly Notarized MOU? My family has helped someone claim their property from the government. Since we do not have any right to claim that property, we signed a notarized MOU with that person on a ₹100 stamp paper. Under the MOU, both parties agreed that the person woul pay us a 1/7 share of the property. Now, suppose he does not give us that share. Can we take legal action against him?
