Q1. For quashing of FIR. Please suggest. Sir, I had an affair with a girl in 2009 to 2014. We love each other but there is no promice of marriage in our love relationship. In our relation physical relation is done by both of permission In varios hotel , hotels are booked by her. From 2015 she forced me to marry but my cast is hindu and she is Christian so its was not possible. I married another girl before 8 month ago. Now she file fir against me u/s 376 504 506 IPC. Sir My question is that should I go for squashing of fir in high court?

Hi,You should definitely try and quash the FIR. I cannot comment on the merits of your particular matter but from what you have stated, it can be a good case. Please remember that once the charge sheet is filed, the HC will generally not entertain a Petition for quashing. So do it when only the FIR is there.
Q2. Is any limit on Number of Cheques to be considered in one Notice? My builder has issued cheques of 20 lakhs in 20 instruments, all of different dates (within 30 days). Now all cheques are bounced due to stop payment. Can i issue notice of all 20 bounced cheques in one notice or i have to issue different notice for all ?

If the date on which the last cheque is returned unpaid, is within 30 days of the date of return of the first cheque, you can send a single notice for all 20 cheques.If not, maybe you need to send at the max 2 notices, not more.
Q3. Transfer of cheque bounce case from nagpur to banglore sir i am a senior citizen n shifted to Bangalore. Is it possible to transfer cheque bounce cased filed by me in nagpur to banglore for further proceedings? If yes, please confirm the procedure and oblige. Regards?

No case cannot be transferred. As per recently amended law, case can be filed and tried only by a Court in whose jurisdiction your bank where you opened the account is maintained. Your advocate can fight the case for you on your behalf in nagpur.
