My name is shivakumar veeramani yadav age 35 yr and i have give my daughter name as Malvika shivakumar konar. age 5 yr i have updated her surname as Konar and want to keep it same. her berth certificate is also showing the same. but in school CBSE board and goverment sector facing issue related to surname mismatch. so for precauation measure what should i do?

Since your daughter’s surname has already been changed/updated in her Birth Certificate but there is a mismatch in her school/CBSE records, it is advisable to publish a name change gazette stating that the name in birth certificate and school certificate is one one and same person.
Q2. Filing for Divorce while running 498a trial. Hi, Can I file for divorce when the trial is about to commence for 498a case filed on me and my family? What should be the best time to file for Divorce? Should I wait for the trial to end, or quashing to end? Please guide me on this.

Yes, you can file for divorce. Divorce proceedings and criminal proceedings are separate. If there has been cruelty, harassment, desertion, or other grounds, a divorce petition can be filed now you’re not required to wait until the criminal proceedings are concluded.
Q3. Legal advice: Wrongful termination & Non-payment of 60 days notice pay. I was terminated on 15 July 2026 with immediate effect citing “gross misconduct”. Incident: I rang a smart doorbell during tea break. 3 employees were terminated based on doorbell camera. 1 was later rehired.My contract has 60 days notice period but company is refusing to pay it.Please advise:1. Is this termination valid given the reason and inconsistent action?2. Am I entitled to 60 days notice salary?3. Best remedy: Labour complaint or legal notice?
