Q1. Do I need to publish gazette or affidavit is fine or nothing is require. My mother official full name is meena arjun ghule but my some documents have her name as meena and some documents have full name meena arjun ghule , so what should I do here will this cause me problem in future for job or visa.

Gazette is required to be done in case there is a mistake or change in name. As there is no mistake or change in the name the same should not create any issue in future. Only thing is that the name is incomplete. Your mother can file an affidavit wherever needed that her full name is Meena Arjun Ghule.
Q2. Which city is best for expartee divorce. I m proper from pune n ongoing DV case n want to file contested divorce n I m govt employee n every 3 yr transfer my wife with no job n one child wants only money n no divorce..so can I take my NXT transfer to Gadchiroli side n file divorce from that side so max % of expartee divorce ( less chance of wife transfer case) also m ready to her maintenance as cort order but she not accepted it n wants huge amount..plzz veterans reply to file divorce from pune or Gadchiroli is best option by all sides.

As per law divorce petition can be filed at any of the three places. Firstly where the marriage was solomonized Secondly at the place where both the parties lastly resided. Thirdly at the place where either of the parties reside. There are chances that if you file the petition from Gadchiroli in that case your wife may raise the issue of jurisdiction. She also has the right to get the petition transferred at the place where she resides
Q3. Cheque bounced amount and Notice amount mentioned not same. Is there NIA 138 case is maintainable for cheque bounced for amount Rs. 5,27,850 and notice after cheque bounce with amount Rs. 5,27,650 and this notice was not received as a reason address not found. But notice before cheque bounce received with same cheque amount Rs, 5,27,850 at the same address.

As per law the notice has to be issued on the last known address if the notice is issued on the last address the same is sufficient to serve the purpose. If the earlier correspondence has been served on the same address the same can be proved in the court. To be on the safer side notice can be served through email and WhatsApp also. However double blue ticks are important and can be deemed to be served.
